                   (2) The company realizes the importance of its staff as they are considered valuable assets
                       which play a major role in the success and growth of the company. Therefore, the company
                       has a policy to develop the efficiency, knowledge and skill of its staff at all levels by having
                       well-organized annual programs both at in and out of office. Training programs are
                       designed to enrich staff knowledge, skills and develop good work attitude, to promote the
                       development of staff functions, reserve management and professional personnel at all
                       levels. But also encourage colleagues to learn, to enhance the quality of human resources,
                       development of competition Force of human resources.

                   The main education and training 2019 are as follows:
                         On January 11-12, 2019, the company has held training on staff education and training on
                          the (Safety Officer Supervisor Level) with a total of 16 employees to participate in
                          training.
                         On February 7, 2019, the company has provided basic firefighting and fire evacuation
                          training, with a total of 23 employees to participate in training.
                         On March 19, 2019, the company has provided training on creating Loyalty &
                          Organizational awareness, with a total of 33 employees to participate in training.
                         On April 4, 2019, the company has provided training on Hazardous Control of Industrial
                          Hygiene: Light, Sound, Dust and Heat, with 27 employees participated in the training.
                         On May 10, 2019, the company has held staff education and training on raising
                          awareness and energy management, with a total of 29 employees participated in the
                          training.
                         On May 17, 2019, the company held training on staff education and training on the
                          Leadership, motivation, teamwork, with a total of 34 employees participated in the
                          training.
                         On June 28, 2019, the company held training on staff education and training on first aid.
                          A total of 29 employees participated in the training.
                         On July 9, 2019, the company held training on staff education and training on Safety at
                          Review responsibility of safety officer supervisor level.  A total of 29 employees
                          participated in the training.
                         On July 19, 2019, the company held training on staff education and training on Safety at
                          work with machine.  A total of 28 employees participated in the training.
                          On July 19-20, 2019, the company held training on staff education and training on
                          pneumatic system maintenance training . A total of 3 employees participated in the
                          training.
                         On July 20, 2019, the company held training on staff education and training on working
                          safety on machinery. A total of 29 employees participated in the training.
