Green Engineering Holding Co., Ltd.

On 11 May 2023, the Company’s Board of Directors’ Meeting passed a resolution approving
the acquisition of 164,999 newly issued ordinary shares of Green Engineering Holding Co.,
Ltd., a newly incorporated company in Thailand (representing 54.99 percent of the registered
share capital), which is primarily engaged in investing in land plots and other companies. The

company issued a call for payment of 25 percent of the total share amount, and the Company
made fully payment for the shares, totaling Baht 41,249,750.
