Major customers

For the year 2024, the Group has revenue of 10 percent or more of the Group’s revenues
from one major customer in amount of Baht 597 million, arising from sales by the
manufacture steel wire rods and reinforced concrete bar, manufacture steel annealing wire
and trading segments (2023: none).

24. Provident fund

The Company and its employees have jointly established a provident fund in accordance

with the Provident Fund Act B.E. 2530. Both the Company and employees contributed to the
fund monthly at the rate of 5 and 3 percent of basic salary respectively. The fund, which is
managed by Kasikorn Asset Management Co. , Ltd. , will be paid to employees upon
termination in accordance with the fund rules. The contributions for the year 2024 amounting
to Baht 4 million (2023: Baht 4 million) were recognised as expenses.

25. Commitments and contingent liabilities

25.1 Raw material purchase commitments

As at 31 December 2024, the Company had raw material purchase commitments amounting

of Baht 105 million and USD 2 million (2023: USD 17 million). The materials will be shipped to
the Company within not more than 1 year from the contract dates.

25.2 Capital commitments

The Company had capital commitments relating to the acquisition of building and attached
facilities and machinery and equipment as follows.
